THIS WEBSTORE DOES NOT AUTOMATICLY KEEP A RECORD OF OUR STORAGE OF GOODS. THERE MAY BE A POSSIBILITY THAT THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE SELECTED IS NOT IN OUR STORAGE ANYMORE. IN THIS CASE WE WILL RETURN YOUR PAYMENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

 

Payment methods

We accept Visa and Master Card. Obligatory information when paying by credit card is cardholder’s name, credit card number, security code and the end date of validity.

Security code is the 3-digit code on the backside of the card.

Postal order in Finland 

Orders are possible to be paid when receiving the goods in a post office only when delivering to a Finnish address. You need to contact us separately regarding this design@minnaparikka.com.

 

Other payment methods

Other methods of payment like wire transfer or paypal.com are negotiable by e-mailing design@minnaparikka.com.

 

Delivery

Delivery time varies between different payment methods. You can choose the most suitable delivery method when ordering the products.

If you select a shipping method without insurance Minna Parikka Shoes can not be held responsible for any losses of goods by the postal office. We offer insured postage with in EU which will cover the value of the goods in a case of loss or damage.

Shipments outside the EU can not be insured. The customer is responsible of the goods in a case of loss or damage. Minna Parikka Shoes can not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the post.

 

Return policy

From the day when you receive your order you have 7 days time to communicate the return of the merchandise. Please write the reason for return to order@minnaparikka.com.

We will answer you by a return code, which you have to write in the return form, included on the shoebox.

You have 5 days time to return the goods since the reception of the return code. We have to receive the returned goods in the box in the next 20 days in our office in perfect conditions. Please note that the goods must be in the same condition when returning as it was when you received it. In these conditions you may return an item and get a full refund or change an item.

When we have received the item that is approved to be returned, we will send you the new item or transfer money on your bank account. We will only transfer the value of the goods. All the extra costs ie postage, possible bank transfer fees and customs taxes will be deducted from the total amount.

The customer is also obliged to cover the shipping cost of the returned goods.

 SALE items are not refundable, but can be exchanged for another product within 7 days upon receiving your order.
